Price, payment method, shipping cost, delivery coverage and any special dimensions are clarified by email before production is committed. This prevents an unpublished or outdated price from being presented as current.

3. Preparation and dispatch
Estimated preparation is 2–3 weeks; workload and special requests may change it. The shipping method, tracking details and steps for reporting damage or mismatch are provided with order confirmation.
