The form processes your name, email, instrument/model, preferred resistance, playing level and any measurements or tone notes entered in free text. It does not ask for sensitive personal information outside these fields.

Purpose and sharing
Information is used only to assess your enquiry, contact you and carry out a confirmed order. Form delivery may use email infrastructure acting for the site owner; information is not sold to build advertising lists.

Retention, security and your requests
Information should be retained only as long as needed to answer the request and meet necessary record obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion by writing 'privacy request' in the contact form. No internet transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure; transfer is protected through HTTPS and restricted server access.
